How long does implementation take?
14 days from kickoff to live calls. Your team spends about 2 hours total: the kickoff call, reviewing the script, and approving test calls.
Do we have to replace our current receptionist or intake team?
No. Most firms start with after-hours, weekends and overflow — the calls nobody is picking up today. Your team keeps every call they already handle.
What's your pricing structure?
A one-time setup fee plus a flat monthly fee based on call volume — month-to-month, no long-term contract. We'll give you an exact number after a consultation call, when we know your volume. For most firms, one signed case covers months of service.
What happens with an urgent or complicated call?
You decide the rules. For example: catastrophic injury or wrongful death → warm-transfer to the on-call attorney immediately. Everything else → screen, book, and send you the summary.
Could it give legal advice or say something that gets us in trouble?
No. It's built to collect facts, not give opinions. It never says whether someone has a case, never estimates what a case is worth, and never quotes fees beyond what you approve. You sign off on the script and test calls before anything goes live.
Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
The voice is natural, fast and doesn't make people press buttons. If anyone asks, it tells them the truth — it's the firm's virtual intake assistant — and offers to have a person call them back. Call the demo line and judge for yourself.
